Endeavour Structured Equity And Mezzanine Fund (SEAM) was formed in 2009 to provide flexible mezzanine capital to leading middle market companies located in the Western US. In a time when many financial institutions are pulling back on their capital commitments, Endeavour Capital is expanding its capital solutions. SEAM is a sister Fund to Endeavour Capital’s private equity funds and focuses on complementary junior debt opportunities that are outside the parameters of Endeavour’s primary equity focus.

SEAM has long-term, committed capital to support our responsive and relationship-oriented approach to investing. Our Fund Managers reside in our marketplace and will directly manage all investments providing clients direct access to decision makers. We look to build meaningful partnerships with and provide flexible financing solutions for our clients to meet their short and long term capital needs.
